Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Suggested several day plans for me without trying to get me to spend a ton of money, definitely looking out for your best interest. Rooms were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Can't beat the location, right next to the Rome Terminal and walking distance to all of the sites. It is also right next to the buses if going long distances. They give you free breakfast coupons and suggest places to eat. Has laundry and wi-fi. Jacob, from USA ~ 7th May 2013

This was the best hostel I have ever stayed in, better than some of the hotels I have been in.The staff was absolutely kind and helpful.Eric and Jony (not sure if that is how to spell his name) were always there and did every favor I asked.I would recommend this place to everyone! We definitely enjoyed our stay at Funny Palace Hostel. The staff stayed up late to welcome us to the hostel after our plane was delayed, and showed us to our rooms that were clean, decorated, and equipped with fresh towels. The bathroom down the hall was renovated and clean as well. I was impressed with how helpful the staff was, with showing us the best places to go in Rome and the easiest ways to get there. The hostel is great. It was very clean and comfortable. Mabri and his brother were extremely nice and wanted to know their customer's opinions on the hostels in order to improve. They greeted us with a bottle of wine, and gave us free breakfast cupons. If you want a party hostel this is not your place, it's a nice place to get back from a long day of walking, sharing with your roomates and having a good night sleep. Exelent stay at the hostel. Mabri is very kind, the room clean and tidy as well as the bathroom and it has a private security locker. The place is very quiet, so you can expect to get a nice rest after a long day of walking in Rome. Internet conection was goood and Mabri even give me a gift when I arrived.
