They have a really nice garden and common room, free coffee and toasts all day, the room is clean and bath room is good too. But the location is relatively remote from center of old town, not many rasteranuts nearby, and the worst is I was the only one stayed in the dorm room. I have never imagined such a nice lovely home garden style hostel existed right in the middle of old town ChiangMai, surrounded by historic temples.Moreover they even have plenty of parking space.Best location ever at a very attractive price. One more thing though, a blind or a curtain at the door glass window to block some sun in the morning would be nice.It's hard to sleep when the sun shines right to the bed.Also some real towel would be nice instead of thin fabric (à¸à¹à¸²à¸à¸²à¸§à¸¡à¹ Phongsan, from Thailand ~ 2nd Nov 2012

The hotel is nice and the staff is really nice and helpfull. The problem of the hotel is a quiet far of the restaurants zone, night bazar and bars. I stayed here because i really want to meet people and the only one in the 8beds room was me Ariel, from Argentina ~ 24th Jul 2012
