Friendly staff and nice rooms, with comfortable and solid bunk beds - not to underestimate for a proper sleeping experience! The room were cleaned daily thoroughly, and the restrooms were kept cleaned, too. Unfortunately, this concept of cleanliness and respect for the others was not shared by all guests, which is shameful but surely not the hostel's fault. Super: is on Broadway Ave: you are close to everything! This place is the answer if you wanna really have fun and share time with cool people from all around the world, this hostel is huge! Bike storage, plus they have a deal with a shop that is very close to the hostel. Free vegetarian dinners 2 times per week, breakfast every morning, special hints if you don't wanna spend thou$and$ for food, sauna, lots of restrooms, and the staff organize a lot of nice and supercool activities. Great hostel!!The staff were super friendly and very helpful!Our room was super clean and there were tons of bathrooms (private too!)I liked the location (very close to china town) and downtown as well as the waterfront!Couldn't have asked for anything better!It wasn't terribly loud either!Awesome and would highly recommend this hostel to anyone!! For San Francisco, you can do better than this hostel. Super old and poorly maintained building in the middle of 4 blocks of strip clubs, unfriendly attendants, and cramped, hooot rooms (which is hard to do in wintertime SF, a place that NEVER gets hot...) that reek of terrible odors. "Free wifi" throughout the building, except that the signal's so weak you'll be lucky if you can read one email in your room before the connection sputters out. And it's not the cheapest either.
