David the owner was fantastic. Great English, knew what he was talking about and runs a good place. Very small (only 3 rooms) so the atmosphere is unlike most hostels, but the location is pretty, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is great. I would definitely return here.

This hostel was very well located the room was very nice. My friend was sick during our stay and the staff took her to the hospital and took really good care of her. The staff at the desk has a hard time with english but if ever you need anything the owners are a phone call away and they both speak very good english. The hostel booked all our tours and it turns out we got the best prices. We highly recommend this hostel. Great location within walking distance of most of the attractions.

This is a really great hostel. The best I've ever been. Wonderful atmosphere, great stuff and directly in the center of Guilin! If you are not going to this hostel you will make a big mistake!!
