There were a couple of young people at the front counter that were very rude - all others excellent. Also - showering proved to be a challenge with 6 ladies and only 1 bathroom - the bathroom across the hallway was swamped. Margaret, from USA ~ 14th May 2012

The kind of typical place which can't disappoint. Not so much social interactions, a bit disappointed by the atmosphere in the common areas, but I guess you don't come for that.
