Hakkas Guesthouse in Haifa, Hongkong

This place, like many HK hotels, is a total shit-hole. The rooms are tiny, the bed wasn't even full length, it was impossible to stretch out comfortably. The 'ensuite bathroom' was a closet with toilet and shower combined. No window. But that's hong kong for you - impossible to find a decent place to stay on a budget. Evan, from USA ~ 22nd Feb 2012

Crappy builiding but clean and secured little room! My first impression was terrible, crappy builidng, dirty and I couldn't manage to find the right reception!! But the owner was extremely kind and helpful. As expected, my room was small but really clean and new (I had the single bedroom ensuite). I felt also safe as there is a locked door before the room's door. Great location too, walking distance from a lot of reknown streets/markets. Great location, small rooms (but this is HK!), very clean, excellent hot water shower and WIFI. Very friendly and helpful staff. The boss is a top bloke and will look after you. Very high end budget accommodation. Next time I'm in Hing Kong, I'll stay here. Matt, from New Zealand ~ 11th Sep 2011
