Great location, decently clean.At 9 AM, the shower never got hot... Not even warm- due to the lack of heating, it was very, very cold.Most of the corridors are outside, so dress warmly! Staff was annoyingwhen when they changed bed linens at 8AM while I was still in bed! Chinese roommates were whiny, loud and inconsiderate - opened the indow when it was only 3C and left.Despite what the listing says, breakfast is NOT included! Elise, from USA ~ 17th Nov 2012

Very nice hostel in a perfect location. The west lake is less than a stones throw away and is definitely a must see attraction. The food at the hostel is very good and reasonably priced too. Me and my friend had booked a twin room,but when we reach the hostel, the staffs told us that they are out of twin room,they gave us a double bed room. we have to pay extra RMB55 for an extra bed as we don't want to sleep in a same bed.This is not very fair, I guess.
