I put down a poor review because I was upset that they didn't offer airport shuttles, as promised (it's not cheap!) but overall, the place is actually very clean, safe and well managed. Just fix up the shuttle whoo-ha so we are all on the same page. Josh, from Australia ~ 1st Jan 2013
