Best hostel we've stayed in by far!!! Lovely owners, cleanest accomodation, perfect location and excellent views. Highly recommended, would go back again in the future.

We arrived at 1.30am in the morning due to problems with train reservations so were massively surprised when the owner appeared (post phonecall) all smiles and showed us to a flat across town since she didn't want to be noisy and wake those staying in the main hostel. She sorted us out with out proper room the next day which was spotless, cool (no a/c necessary) and the bathrooms were spanking clean, it was also really quiet and in a perfect location. So terribly disappointed. We were not able to get access to the property.No one answered the door bell or the phone. We emailed and the emails were not answered. We are requesting a refund of our deposit.Our first and only disappointment with Hostelworld in all our travels
