Cheap place in excellent location to stay for a night before continue to Aguas Calientes / Machu Picchu. Helpful english speaking staff if you are looking for an alternative way to get there and do not want to pay ~100 USD for the train. Little hard to get hot water for the shower, it seems that only one person can take a hot shower at the same time, but finally it worked. You don't get a key for the front door, it closes at 22:00. The staff at this hostel shuts off the water for much of the day. Showers, if you could get one were cold and though the staff as friendly enough we weren't allowed to cook though others were because the were staying longer.The price of nearly 100 soles for two nights in a dorm was entirely unreasonable given the lack of quality. Other hostels that we stayed at in Ollantaytambo had running water 24/7. I was VERY disappointed. Sarah, from USA ~ 9th Aug 2012
