Excelente hostal. O casal dono da casa é um máximo, prestativos pra caramba e super solidários. Indico a todos que tiverem interesse em ir a Pucón. Awesome awesome awesome....this hostel is very cosy and the staff were excellent. I made many friends and had lots of fun. Most things were wonderful (hot water showers, big dorm bed, good atmosphere). The do have a small kitchen and no breakfast included....which were not an issue since large super market & good restaurants near by. Nice place to hang out while exploring Pucon. I have stayed at many hostels over my several trips....this is good place to chat with other travellers to Arif, from Canada ~ 2nd Jan 2012

My usual comments about being unable to escape noise - radio on non-stop all day and evening. Strange bunks:no headroom on top bunk, vast headroom on lower bunk. Archie, from England ~ 25th Nov 2011

We extended our stay here because we loved it so much - the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the hostel itself is charming and inviting.There is so much to do in Pucón and almost everything can be arranged through the hostel, which is very convenient.Location is excellent as well.
