Great place to go to Rome for the first time. Well located, nice and clean. The staff is very helpful unless you run into an Italian-rage moment, but they are quite nice and helped us quite a lot sorting out some issues with our visas. Wifi isn't free which sucks, but you can get pass it since it's 2 euros for 24 hrs per device. Jaime, from Colombia ~ 15th May 2013

I only stayed at Hostel des Artistes for one night (full disclosure: only from 00:00-06:30) and was taken aback by the beautiful facility. The staff greeted me warmly and an elevator took me up to the fifth floor where I found my room. The hostel seemed very much like a hotel, except for the fact that I stayed with four other individuals in the same room.
