What recent stay? I never stayed there; because, though I had made a reservation for the night of July 28, 2008 at the hostel Eden in Rome via giolitti 213, when I got there that day I found that it doesn't exist anymore looking as if it has been closed for a while. I wonder who charged the 6 Euros of the deposit and I'm concerned about being charged the rate in my credit card because I had given my information. Please remove that hostel from your site.

We arrived to check in and found there was no record of our reservation, and were therefore outsourced to a different hostel. We were assured that since we had paid for three-person room the two extra beds in our 5-bed room would not be filled, but when we returned to the hostel that night we found two strangers sleeping in our room with all of our things!

The managers were extremely nice and welcoming! They may not speak the best english but they really try hard. The location is perfect bc its right next to Termini train station. Although the area might look a little shady on the oustide, the hostel itself feels extremely safe. The breakfast in the morning was the best i've had at any other hostel but be sure to get there early enough! I highly recommend this place

For the third floor:-the bathroom, toilet and sink should be seperate, because we wait for a long time just only one room alltogether.

Not the best place at all! The owner doesn't speak english! the place is close of the Termini but in a very dangerous area. Worth pay more n stay close of the Vaticano City.

The hostel is rather uncomfortable, with only one (!) bathroom for a whole floor (up to 12 people), so that in the morning you sometimes have to wait for a long time until you can go to the toilet (because the toilet, shower and washbasin are in the same room). For most of the rooms the kitchen is located on another floor, but you're not given a key, so that you have to bother hostel guests on the "kitchen floor" to let you in or look for a hostel employee (the same holds on for the security box

Hostel Eden is one of the best hostels ever. The manager is really nice, he takes time for the guests and tries to tell them as much he can about Rome. It's a little bit difficult because he doesn't talk english, but you're still able to comunicate very well. I would recomend it to all that are visiting Rome. The location maybe looks a little bit scary but there is no danger at all.

We checked in at about 2 am, so we had to wake the staff...Even so, he was very friendly and took his time explaining everything and pointing out on a map what we should go see in Rome. Nice breakfast (croissants, milk, coffee, nutella, etc), he even cooked in the evenings and organized a cab for us to take to the airport. Thanks again, Salvatore!!! The hostel is clean, beds are made every day. The street by Termini is just a bit spooky at night, but nothing happened to us two girls! We WALKED t
