Hostel Przy Targu Rybnym in Rome, Puola

The hostel doesn't have hot water even when the weather outside is very cold. There was kind of a slightly warm water with which is very unpleasant to take a shower. Also the staff turns on the heating only for couple of hours during the night and during the rest of the time there was no heating at all.
