Place to go if you like meeting people from all over the world and are in the mood for some socializing/partying. They organize outings every night, plus the common area is a great focal point where all travellers can gather to socialize/drink. Only negatives I can think about is if you are looking for a very quiet place, this hostelv might not be for you, also apparently thebed next to mine had bedbugs, but no one else in my dorm reported problems. I stayed in Hostel Rio Playa for a week and it was amazing ! Best place ever ! Very well located, 5 min from the beach and 2 min from the main touristic avenue. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. I defenitely recomand this hostel !!! Clementine, from France ~ 25th Feb 2012

This was a really active hostel with all sorts of attractions for partiers. There was some kind of club, maybe upstairs or nearby that played really loud music all night long. Vibrating the bed-loud. This hostel is terrific!! It has a very good location and the people is excellent, specially Coco who always help us! They have ladies night every night in the pool area and after we go all together to the bests clubs of Playa.
