The owner of the hostel needs to consider adding more toilets and showers on the 4th floor we were 16 people (4 rooms of 4 to 6 people) sharing 2 toilets and 2 showers which makes long queues. And 1 of the shower got flooded so we couldn't use it anymore. so for our last day in the hostel, 16 people had to share 1 toilet& shower which was really annoying. Quite a walk from the central train station in Florence if you're dragging luggages and carrying backpacks, however, still manageable. The problem wasn't in finding the street but finding the unit number. Because the unit numbers in Florence have a red/blue/black system, which is confusing and doesn't run consecutively, we took a while to realize we had past the unit. Overall, nice, clean environment with clean sheets and bedroom, but one bathroom to share with 14 people is too much. Samantha, from Singapore ~ 24th Apr 2012

The owner was very kind in helping us, it's ok if you need a place where to sleep quite cheap. In our floor there was only a bathroom for 4 rooms and it was a problem to use it. The location is great, close to Piazza Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio. Michele, from Italy ~ 4th Apr 2012

It is the worst hostel that I've ever stayed in my life! Sheet was covered dust and hairs.The duvet is even worse!! The staff told me he washed them only once in a year!! It is not kidding!! The room I stayed used to be a kitchen soso no radiator, extreamly freezing.I found out heater under the sink, which is making lots of bacteria Reception is not 24 hours, you have to make an appointment to keep your luggage cos only one person is working.
