Hotel New Azuma in Tokyo, Japani

Clean and friendly... The air conditionning in some rooms should be replaced, quite away from the center, but not far away from the metro, so it's manageable. Samuel, from France ~ 30th Aug 2012

When I arrived my room was not clean and I didn't had bed sheets. The personal was very friendly, but the level of English is very low. I had to big suitcases but there is no elevator in the hotel so I had to carry 25 kilo's 3 levels down the stairs. Elleke, from Netherlands ~ 20th Sep 2011
