The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The room is complete and the bathroom is very clean. It has a lot in the room heaters which allowed to stay in a very warm! Although the alarm when off, due to a customer not following the regulations, the staff including the cleaners where wonderful! Service was their main concern, and they were swift to listening, helping, and correcting any mistakes. Nice and comfortable hotel.No idea why the page here says it has a swimming pool (it doesn't).Staff are friendly.The facilities are clean, but basic.They serve breakfast, which is quite basic.Location is awesome. Gautam, from Australia ~ 23rd Nov 2011
