Hua Villa in Turin, Sveitsi

Did not have visitor cards, that all hotels/ guesthouses/ hostels were supposed to have. Rooms a bit chilly. Ok place just to sleep and shower.

The owner was rude and confrontational.I had checked hua villa website (outside of hostels.com) & their website had offered pick ups from either interlaken ost or interlaken west. Owner said no (I have a screenshot to prove it) & because I had gotten lost & called repeatedly, his wife helped me find the place.When I finally got there, owner was confrontational, saying "Is there a problem?" I'm like hello - I'm the one with heavy backpack getting lost for an hour, and you're picking a fight?? Vilia, from USA ~ 16th Sep 2011
