Il Ghiro Guesthouse in Ulaanbaatar, Italia

when we came the guesthouse everything was ok. it was very near to center. But i forgot my phone in the room and i realized that in rome. i phone them and in the same day i came back to florance but i couldnt get inside the apartment!!! they said that they could not find the phone it was big lie im absolutely sure i did not bring my phone with me never and never go there!!! they like they are friendly but not!!!

We checked three times the room but we didn't find the phone . She couldn't get inside just because she didn't wait for our arrival at the guesthouse. It is always bad when happen things like this. We understand that she is sure to have the phone in the room but also we are very sure we made all our efforts to try to find it.
