Incama Cusco Hostel in Ulaanbaatar, Peru

The wi-fi signal depends heavily on where your room is located in the hostel. In our case, there was no signal so we could only use the internet in the lobby. We got a mug of coca tea once we arrived which was a kind gesture. Cleanliness was definitely below average. There isn't always hot water.. Susan, from Netherlands ~ 31st Aug 2011

My friends and I booked a room with 3 beds (it was difficult to find a 3 bed room in cusco) and it was very clean.More importantly, the entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.Sonja, the lady who works the front desk, helped us A LOT with booking tickets to Machu Picchu as well as travel arrangements.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. The room was great, free breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city, garden on the first floor, free WiFi, 5 minute walk to Plaza de Armas and across the street from an amazing market with ridiculously delicious and cheap food made and served right at the counter. I and my friend both fell down the stairs and suffered boith mild and serious injuries. They are extremely dangerous and need to be fixed. Someone not as forgiving as I will eventually sue. Totally unacceptable.

Dear , This is the Incama hostel manager – we are really sorry about the incident that happened to you with the stairs. This is just to let you know that we are not responsible of the injuries you have suffered and you have to know that an accident can in happen everywhere and every place, by the way you have to know that in our stairs is clearly state in the walls a sight saying to be careful with the stairs. We help you once you suffer the accident. We call the hospital to check you and then we paid for the consult. It doesn’t mean that we were going to pay the full or cover all the treatment as it wasn’t our foul. On the other hand we will appreciate if you can comment about the service and the rooms that I think were good and you didn’t have any problems, did you?
