about staff: you are a hostel for young people, isn´t it? so, your dark "secretary" should be less formal and more funny/happy! the other boy is better than her. about facilities: you should have to pay with credit card, and absolutely a wifi connection. Paolo, from Italy ~ 25th May 2012
