I've stayed to an extension of the hostel, 10 minutes away from it. It was a lovely house with a pretty and clean common room. Our room was enormous, high ceiling, beautiful interior design. The owner gave us useful tips about Sofia in excellent English. Romina, from Romania ~ 19th Apr 2012

While we didn't stay at the Internet hostel, we stayed with their sister business, hostelsofia. About a ten minute walk away from Internet hostel ( they will walk you from Internet hostel to hostel Sofia) it is only fairly new, but clean, lovely rooms freshly renovated with a new bathroom and furniture. Helpful was the owner, Marin. His English is also excellent Verena, from Australia ~ 19th Aug 2011

The location was excellent (in the center, near all sights, and next to trams&taxis-the train station was a 20 minute walk or 5 minute with a tram). The rooms where spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were polite but not so friendly as they wanted to appear. Although there was space to leave your luggage it was upon a specific time, otherwise you had to pay a fee of 4 leva (2 euro/per person). Fivos, from Greece ~ 28th Aug 2011

It was by far the cleanest hostel I have visited and the staff and facilities were great. The only drawback is, sometimes you can hear the street noise, but that is more than compensated for in other ways. I highly recommend this hostel Karolina, from Lithuania ~ 26th Jul 2011

The breakfast was not that amazing (bread, tomato, sausage, feta cheese and some tea), and the rooms were quite warm as can be expected during the summer when not having AC in the room. It was also a bit noisy from the street outside when having the window open. Apart from that the rooms and beds where clean, the hostel was very centrally located and the middleaged lady running the hostel was kind. Went there with a friend of mine. Was a bit shocked off by the outside apearence of the building (I found out later, thats pretty standart for Sofia). But what was lacking on the outside was definately on the inside. Awesome dorms. Really good beds. Nice and clean shower/toilet. + a tv on the wall. Good and friendly service from the staff.
