Excellent location just in the middle of the gothic area. Staff avalible 24h and very friendly and helpfull. Commonroom, kitchen and dinnerroom are OK and a good place to hang out and make friends. Lockers in the doorms. The hostel is clean and well functioning. My only complain is that there is only one single toilet and that the light in there is only on for exactely 21 seconds (I measured it). But that is only a very minor issue. This is probably one of the best hostels I have ever stayed. Friendly, English-speaking staffs and the location of this hostel (near Cathedral and less than 8 minute walk to La Rambra) made it very convenient for short but busy stay. I was 3 nights and the hostel was perfect, they have a great location, the staff is so helpful, they have lockers in the rooms and also offer a good breakfast for just 2.5€. Great option!! pamela, from Mexico ~ 13th Nov 2011

I didn't care for the way the bathrooms were setup as the showers, sinks and lights were all on push timers that were much too short.However, this is obviously a very mild concern as everything else was excellent.It's only 2 blocks from the Jaume I metro stop so it's very easy to get to other parts of the city.
