One receptionist in particular was very rude, condescending and unhelpful (the large african-american woman).Even though it was snowing outside, the room was unbearably hot, and there was no way to turn down the temperature.I had to move my mattress onto the floor where it wasn't as hot as on the top bunk.The mattress was of poor quality, even for a hostel.I have stayed in lots of backpackers hostels over the last four years, and this was by far the worst.
