I have stayed here twice over the past 2 years and I love it. I think I would stay here every time I go to Marrakesh because of the location (five minute walk to the Jamaa el Fna square) and the atmosphere. Every time I go I meet amazing people and the all the staff is very helpful and friendly. The shared rooms are big, clean and have lockers. No one was at the reception when we arrived. One of the guest opened the front door and then we had to wait, the night person who had just come for his shift was out to get dinner...... The heater in the room did not work, but we were able to get another heater. Also the internet seldom worked in the room, and breakfast was just OK for the price. It is extra.
