Nos gusto mucho.Está muy céntrico.El servicio excelente desde la recepcionista hasta el personal de mantenimiento. En el baño compartido hay varias regaderas así que tienes problemas de espera y están muy limpias las instalaciones, inclusive si no tienes toalla te prestan una si tienen disponibles. Un detalle muy bueno es que en la mañana te dan un desayuno,cereal y pan, te ayuda a iniciar el día.No tiene estacionamiento pero cerca hay uno (en la alhóndiga) por si llevas auto. very well located , but apart from one responsible staff, the rest of them were not motivated, or partying too much to be of any help to the guests!! the toilets was and remained blocked for the time I was there as well as the washing sink on the third floor good music but going on nearly all night and very loud . breakfast supposed to be included but scarce if innexisting.... Very bad experience. First they proposed us to use toillets of the restaurant as a private bathroom! The place is dirty and I had asked to change the sheets of the bed, because there were blood stains. Lot of noise, people involved in the hostal put music since 8 am very very strong. I only have two complaints: 1) one of the two rooms we stayed in did not have a very secure lock on the door however it was directly behind the front desk, so there was little concern for security.2) The pillows were rather lumpy. Fortunately, I had brought my own, so it was not a concern.The price was good, and Iwould definitely stay here again. Jonathan, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2010
