Marco is the man !!! This place was great, it's more like a shared apartment than a hostel... I loved it. Free internet, laundry, and a kick ass tv lounge... some hotels don't have that ! I can promise you Marco will take good care of you.

Luna Rossa was a great place to stay in Florence. We were so happy with our decision. We had a PC in our room and cable TV! The staff was beyond helpful and truly do everything possible to ensure a great stay. They even do laundry for you!!! I would definitetly recommend this hostel to everyone! even families!!!

Luna Rossa was probably the best hostel we have visited so far. Staff was really helpful - they even washed our loundry and carried our heavy (about 35 kg) bags to our room. We truly recommend this hostel to anyone who is about to visit Florence.

Tipically like a shareflat, it's more like a family house than a classical hostel. Very good, I enjoyed my 2 nights there.

Marco is absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond to help us! He also has thought of all the little things that make traveling so much easier, computers, converters, laundry, etc....and all for free! It's a great location and we highly recommend it!

This place was fantastic and Marco is even better! He was so helpful with maps and anything he could help with. I would reccomend this for anyone travelling single or in a group. The internet PC in my room was a wonderful bonus. The location is very easy to find from the train station and central to all of the great spots to see. If I am ever in Florence again, I will stay at Luna Rossa and will refer anyone going there to stay with Marco too. Great time!!
