Excellent location close to everything in Airlie Beach.The rooms have great air conditioning that is on a timer so you are not at the mercy of your roommates personal thermometer (and they are not at yours either).There is an adequate kitchen and actual Free wifi.Unfortunately the free wifi is outside under a gazebo which is difficult to use your computer in the rain.But overall a great place to stay. Horrible service, first room had bed bugs, horrible staff assistance said nothing we can do, no negotiations and no refunds - If you're hostel has bugs you aren't taking care of that's not my fault and I should have the right to get my money back.- Rude Staff decided switching rooms and giving us an extra sheet would suffice, which is completely idiotic since that will do absolutely nothing.
