The staff was very nice and offered to carry my heavy bag up the stairs.I insisted I could do it myself, but he just did it.He was a strong guy.Hot water was turned off one day, so I had to run across to the main building (we were in a different nearby building).The other building is very good if you want a lot of privacy. Stayed for couple of days, but I liked this hostel. Very conveniently located near major tourist attractions, guys who run the hostel are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are good too. Next time I won't waste time searching for another place to stay. Murod, from Uzbekistan ~ 28th Jun 2012
