Helpful staff, location, clean shower room & kitchen facility is an advantage of the hotel. Our room is small & furniture is old. Near to shower room & kitchen, really noisy during night time & early morning. We got bite by BED BUGS, even after change NEW room also got BED BUG!!! Ong, from Malaysia ~ 8th Mar 2013
