Ming Han Tang International Youth Hostel in Beijing, Kiina

Hostel is run by a bunch of very young people who live in it and treat it like their home. It's filthy, many things are broken (lights, clothes dryer, seats, doors etc), butthe staff do nothing all day long except play with the three dogs and one cat that also live there, smoke underneath the no-smoking signs and shout at each other.
