For my first experience it was good. Never stayed in a hostel before they were very helpful helped us with booking our winery trip. The room was not too bad need different comforters for bed and radiator made noises thru the night, shower/tub also drained slowly,and the phone didnt work. That is ok we made them aware of the problems in the room..I would stay again whenever i go back to San fransisco.. Shontelle, from USA ~ 12th Apr 2013

the smell on the floors was disgusting most of the time. calling this mini snack a "breakfast" is ridiculous! They served mini muffins and mini danish, bad coffee and not even provided real milk.
