The wifi didn't work in the rooms which was a downside. Toilets were really nice, the bath were decent but there was nowhere to put your clothes while showering. You either had to put it outside the bath on the floor, or walk through the halls to your room. Mads, from Denmark ~ 3rd Apr 2013

I loved it here, would recommend to anyone and everyone.Very clean, nice staff, always felt safe ( solo female traveler)and the location is prime. Saw a complaint about how the showers have a push buttosn, it should not have been a complaint, the water was hot, it didn't impede my shower and they do it to be earth friendly and not waste water!!! I spent 3 nights with other 11 people and there was just one plug with splitter...but this is the only one disadvantage. Hostel was really nice, great location and they provide fun activities cooperated with other hostels Veronika, from Czech Republic ~ 2nd Nov 2012

Very thin walls. Heard people on other floors throughout the night. Great location. Facilities (kitchen, patio, guest room) close early. Some very friendly staff. Some not so friendly staff. Always clean. No coffee, tea, etc. past 10am. Just bring earplugs!!! Thomas, from USA ~ 23rd Oct 2012

Please understand that this was the first hostel I have ever stayed at, so my comments may reflect such.I really enjoyed my stay at the No Name City Hotel in Madrid.The people at reception were very nice and were always willing to help you with anything right away.The beds and rooms were clean, the lockers were a little small however.The bathrooms were kept in alright condition but the showers were very awkward (shelves would be amazing).Overall I really enjoyed it though!
