Their email communication was lacking. The staff did not know how to find a booking using the hostels.com reservation number. When I went to the office of the hostel, they said they had never even heard of hostels.com. I am still waiting for my refund for them charging me for the first night without canceling, even though they told me via email that they did not have a reservation for me. They never responded to my final email asking about my reservation, which was 4 days before they charged me. Shine, from USA ~ 4th Jun 2012

I had a great time at this hostel. They cleaned the rooms and bathrooms everyday. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. I walked everywhere, la sagrada familia, las ramblas, etc, but if you arent a walker, the metro stop is one block away. There was a grocery store and restaurants on the block. Only negative was that that the wireless didn't reach into my dorm room, so Would have to go into the lobby, but that's not a big deal. Cara, from USA ~ 25th May 2012
