The hostel is ok in terms of infrastructure. The building's kind of old, and the facilities in need of repair, but the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and generous to the group of 5 I was in. Overall, the accommodation is a bit run-down, but clean, with friendly, English-speaking staff, and though the location is far from city-center, it's down the street from the metro. This place was scary, with some kind of 'patients' wandering the building at all hours. I had one guy put his head in front of mine while I was at my computer, and he breathed like he had never done it before. There was also a caged area outside the hotel that people stood behind. It was all very clean, but the staff were a little uncaring (mostly the large old bald guy). You are not allowed alcohol unless it was with a meal, but one of the patients was drinking 'vino' from a polystyrene cup Benjamin, from Australia ~ 18th Feb 2012

When I first read the reviews for this hostel I was a little worried. But all my fears quickly dissipated.The room was very clean as was the bathroom. I personally didn't find the staff overtly warm and welcoming but they were kind and helpful. Nothing bad to say on their behalf. As for location, the hostel is nowhere near as far as other reviews say. It's maybe a 5min walk to the metro and a 15min ride to the center of Milan. It was perfect for our needs.We were only staying the night because our other plans were canceled and our flight out of Milan was the next morning.Definitely a top-pick if you plan on staying in, because it's very far from the city center.Loved it! Aeryle, from USA ~ 4th Nov 2011

The staff at the reception was very friendly and warned us about the very strict parking guard :) The rooms were quite okay and there are no strict house rules, which means, you can drink beer inside the hostel. In general, we can recommend this hostel. Moritz, from Germany ~ 15th Aug 2011

I got so much fun in this hostel. The stuffs are really nice. But I got some noises at night from the other rooms which made me awake... the rocation is quite good. There is a restaurant and a cheater in the same park. Minako, from Japan ~ 30th Jul 2011
