Buyer beware: we were not told that you could only pay with a credit card after 50 Euros and we had to withdraw extra cash on the day we left in order to pay because they would not budge. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Also, the breakfast is a joke, cold cuts and bread, especially given the fact that there are a myriad of places to eat - including two places right next door - which would serve you much better. The manner of checking in, and the knowledge of the staff at the restaurant on the corner was not good. There could have been more information about this available beforehand, and perhaps the option to order a towel in case your flight was delayed and could not check in regularly. nice location in central west Berlin, Beletage in an old mansion, close to many coffeebars and restaurants nice to stay one or to days in Berlin: furniture was a little shabby and cheap, interesting was the built-in shower in my room. Nothing for longer. Bernd, from Germany ~ 20th Jun 2011
