I liked my stay at Parthenon Chicago April 2013. The staff is friendly the breakfast was sooo needed and good close to downtown. good value for price Karen, from USA ~ 13th Apr 2013

The room smelled weird, probably because of one of the other people, but it smelled weird for a while. And it was way too hot in the room, especially if you slept on the top bunk. It was steamy in there, and not for the reasons I'd like them to be Michael, from USA ~ 26th Feb 2013

The location is not bad at all. It's located within the Greek Town whcih is pretty easy to find out. It's only a route of bus 126 to get close to the hostel. But it'sstraightfowardly to direct you to CTA subway. Folks, remeber to buy a day or 5 day pass, it will save you a huge amount of money on transportation. The pass will let you get on both CTA buses and CTA subways. It's really convenient and cheap. All in all, services in the hostel is pretty good. Chi Hong, from Macau ~ 15th Nov 2012

We were a little surprised at the total for one night in a private room, with the taxes, but the young man at the desk asked if we had any card that would enable him to give a us a discount.Ah-ha!We got out an AARP card and were happpier with our total.Good job! Ruthie, from USA ~ 10th Nov 2012
