The staff were very unfriendly. Not recommended at all. Looks good on the outside, they actually have cleaners workig just on the outside, but inside it was really disgusting. You`re not lying if you say that it has rot from the inside.

Only for bustravellers it's nice (busabout / contiki). But for single not-bustravellers it's horrible.
And the staff can't even understand as well speak English! Very very bad!! Also most of them weren't helpfull and not trying to understand!
The breakfast was discusting, not fresh!! After a group took the bus I saw how the breakfast was made by refilling it! And all that italian dinnerfood was expensive for hostelprices even as the prices for drinks.

I had a terrible time here, i will never consider a return visit. Some of the staff is nice, but most are total dicks and couldn't be more angry that you are alive to bother them. To be fair, this place would lend itself well to a very wild time with a large group, but that atmosphere makes it incredibly difficult to meet people because people are already in their own groups. I enjoyed the Sauna, the pool is shit, the bar is a rip off unless it's happy hour, internet is a rip off besides the fir

The directions were a little confusing. Its not really close walking distance to the center, but the tram is always running. Its the second hostel I've stayed in and its nice and clean. A little big, so it has a less intimate feel, but whatever. I met some cool people here, and I didn't have trouble extending my stay.

I stayed in the 'plus girls' and it was really much more like an hotel than a hostel.
Very clean, big rooms, great shower, great breakfast.
The only problem is that the hostel is VERY far from center city. And also, the kitchen is completly empty so there's no way how to use it... by that they force you to eat in the restaurant - since that is the only option, once you are in the middle of nowhere.

Very clean, quiet and safe. The tram system was easy to navigate, and there was no problem getting there from the train station. I was traveling alone, and this was the perfect choice for me!
