the place is really cold, there is not heating system. we stayed at room n°8 and it was so humid, nobody cleaned our room. the sheets were humid and our clothes as well. the internet service was useless, it worked only at 12 am. for the price u pay to stay, u deserve more. for the same money it is better to stay in a hotel. the staff at the kitchen was so nice, that is the only memory I can highlight. The hostel is as good as any in San Cristobal. It is clean and very well situated. They claim they have a parking lot. Actually they do but just for one car, so the second night I spent there I was not able to park my car inside the hostel. Daniel, from Mexico ~ 23rd Feb 2012
