When we checked-in, no one was there to help us. No staff, no security at all. We phoned to the owner for the help but she was busy and she couldn't come. We made it ourselves. The next day, we saw the other guests faced the same problem like us. They have one staff, Gina, but she's not always around there. Only for sometime.The mattress and the bed sheaths are very old and dirty. We can't use the WiFi until the day we returned. The most annoying thing is, the hostel have only one bathroom. No staff available, money was charged for the room by leaving it in a locker. Locker at the door was almost broken (at least there was a combination lock at the main entance door) and there were quite a lot of ants inside the room.no kitchen and very poor toilet facilities.location was good though, close to the metro. The hostel has no sign at all at the building. Only BUSSINESS SCHOOL. I arrived at the time explained when i made my booking but nobody was there to open the door or explain something. I didnt have a phone and had to find the way to make a phone call to know how to get in the hostel. Anton, from Spain ~ 9th Oct 2012
