The hostel was very large and very clean, but the hotel left us stranded at the train station despite us having sent two emails requesting transportation before our trip. A driver for another hotel told us to call Randolins because they have a reputation for not providing transportation that they promise. We called the hotel and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and pretended that she could not hear me. The lady at the ticket counter took the phone from me and spoke in German the convers Alana, from USA ~ 24th Jul 2011
