They forgot to pick us up from the airport although we have confirmed the time clearly we arrive by email,so after one hour waiting time, we got there by taxi ourselves. Then they said sorry to us because they've got wrong date!!! Besides, there are three people of us but we pay for four people's private room, they only gave us three people's beds neither three people's breakfast... Yuantzu, from Taiwan ~ 1st May 2012

You have to walk about 7-8 minutes to get downtown Fira but it's worth it because you can enjoy a quiet sleep at night. They come get you & drop you off to the ferry for free which is very useful. Pool is very nice as our the rooms. Very nice stay over all! Julie, from Canada ~ 8th May 2011
