First of all, I want to start by mentioning the LARGE lack of communication present between the staff at this hostel. Don't expect anything at reception to get done without at least twenty minutes.The shared bathrooms are disgusting!Not clean and water was flooding from the door into our room.WiFi is only in public areas in the lobby!THE WORST PART...the lockers are not free.It costs two pounds every time you lock one...=...not economically friendly for students!Will not return ever! Large building, by consequence very busy at times -especially in the morning and weekend- but the staff always tried to help out as well as they could. because of the fact that there was only one elevator it was a bit difficult at times to get to the right level. The rooms were small but well maintained. Over all a nice experience and certainly recommendable. Considering the proportion of London the location was excellent. O hotel em si, é até arrumadinho pelo preço, mas... alarme de incendio toca as 7 da manhã a toa.. Quarto não tem nada só o beliche de ferro, edredom até bonzinho. aquecedor não funcionou, criança reclamando só no outro dia a mulher arrumou um elétrico daquele que se cair pano causa incendio. Não tem toalha !? o recepcionista te aluga, Se quiser um café.. esqueça va ao posto do outro lado da rua, alias so tem 3 lojas de Kebab e um posto. Ótimo hostel. Melhor opçao seria ficar em um quarto com poucas pessoas, porque aparentemente sao mais novos. Melhor opçao localizaçao/dinheiro. Muito barato comparado a outros hostels. 5 minutos andando da estaçao Elephant & Castle e tem um ponto de onibus exatamente na frente do hostel. Recomendo e ficaria lá de novo. You have to walk a long way to arrive to the hostel. The rooms and the living room are very good and have a good atmosphere. The wifi did't work very well and the bathroom was dirty and impractical. You have to push every time to make the shower works Luiza, from Brazil ~ 11th Jan 2013

Security cameras are everywhere so that part is nice. There are no free lockers for you to lock uo your stuff. It's 3 pounds for 24 hours to use a locker. Sheets are included. No towels available for the showers. At the time of our stay the lifts were broken and weren't going to be fixed for awhile. Rooms aren't bad just really small. The only place to store a bag is under the bed. Internet is only availble if you are downstairs. To get to the main city center you have to take a bus or a train. Brittany, from USA ~ 8th Jan 2013
