everything was good, very clean and tidy. the only problem was, they rent most of the time the living room for some outside meetings, so the guess in the hostel were not able to sit there and watch TV. I don't think they should rent those common areas. Sthefanie, from Colombia ~ 7th Mar 2012

The staff is very nice and gentle and in the hotel have al perfect organized , the rooms blankets , laundary , internet , the facilities have a great atmosphere ,is the best hostel that i stay, they organize you the tours , they sell you the day ticket for public transportation , recomends tours and events, i going to come back , regards Manuel Loy MANUEL, from Spain ~ 12th Jan 2012

This place sets the bar really high! The building was really nice (inside and outside), all of the staff members were friendly and helpful, and even though it wasn't located in the city center there were bus stops right nearby and I never found transportation inconvenient. The hostel was quite far from town (30 minute or so walk) and there were no restaurants that were close by. Otherwise, it was clean and the staff very helpful. Alice, from USA ~ 5th Oct 2011

Great hostel, very clean and the staff is super helpful with anything you need. The rooms are clean, modern, and warm. It is not in the center of town but the bus stops just outside the door and is very convenient but you can also take a nice walk into town which I did many times.
