A very nice place, clean and comfy. The reception is located in another Inn nearby, so you have to check-in and get the key there. The location is very confusing for first timers, but walking in Venice is like walking in a maze anyway, so it's normal. Highly recommended and would stay again next time. I think the rating only applies if you are looking for a nice, clean, place for a couple or group to stay. If you are trying to meet people here it probably won't happen. Of course I think thats kind of expected in a place like this. For my purposes (couple's trip) the place worked out great! Good price (for Venice). Very clean, pretty much a hotel not a hostel. Location was very good, room was tiny but what I expected. Just wish we could have fit in two nights here :) and wish there was include William, from USA ~ 5th Aug 2011

Very clean, secure, close to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, many restaurants and shops close by but still very quiet and peaceful. Excellent staff. Absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway.
