Smart Camden Hostel in , Englanti

I have stayed at this hostel a few times by now, and I find it to be perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had during the last stay was with the newly fitted showers and strange motion-sensing lighting system. Together, they make for showering in a cramped space in the dark. It's very small hostel but in most of the time it was ok to stay in. There was one thing which was really disturbing..Staff's behavior..It was like they dont want to be there and they don't want any people in the hostel. When we come we have to argue with receptionist about reservation and then because he claimed that we arrived on wrong day (??). I don't know what was his problem but my friends has the same problem with the same guy. They are cheap but you have to expect some problems :) Katja, from Slovenia ~ 22nd Nov 2012

Es un hostal pequeño pero con muy buen ambiente. El acceso al hostal y las habitaciones van con targeta magnetica lo que lo hace bastante seguro. A 5 min caminando esta la parada de metro de Camden (el famoso mercado a 10 min). En la esquina de al lado hay un pub con mucho ambiente (para tomar las ultimas) y hay muchas panaderias y supermercados para comprar cena y hacerla en el hostal. Was a great stay and seemed clean.Cant use small sinks for cleaning and shaving too small.Great location in such a unique area that being Camden where the vibe is one of variety and food. Many bars can make for late night noise but expected to here it.Would stay again as staff were often polite and helpful. Crowded and small yet I got good sleep and was able to stay clean in the good showers.Enjoyed my stay and had a good time in the busy city. Douglas, from Canada ~ 13th Aug 2012
