I have book and paid for the bus tickets early in the morning but i get the last seat because the staffs do not go the pick up the tickets at the bus service counter. Besides, i have book the room with breakfast through internet (USD 20). However, the staffs said that i cant get the breakfast as booked because they said that my booking is not exceed USD 25. I feel like cheated since they do not mention in the website!! And on my booking reference, there is stated that "room with breakfast". Geok Lan, from Malaysia ~ 6th May 2012
