They do not have laundry facilities, and the bathroom sometimes produce cool water, not warm enough. Great great great location, comfortable, clean. Price is very good Shuai, from China ~ 6th May 2013

The hostel is in a great location and the room is tidy and modern, but that was all. I waited almost an hour to check in while there were only 2 people in front of me. The staff was rude and unhelpful and reluctant to answer your questions. Both the toilet and the bathroom lights were motion censored, meaning you go in the toilet, sit down and the light will be off. The shower was the same, and the water is like the tap and you have to keep pressing it for continiuous water flow. XINJING, from China ~ 27th Mar 2013

The facilities were amazing for the value however I didn´t think it was the best place to make friends. The reason for this is because as the hostel is so big,people noramly travel with their own groups and dont really try to make friends. It was among the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at. They seem to know exactly what backpackers need there was a reading light, curtain, and outlet for each bed in the dorms. There was a good restaurant bar as part of the hostel, and the hostel was right next to Plaza Catalunya, the center of the city. I've been to Hostels all over Europe and this is the best I've been to so far. Everything is really, really nice and clean! I would love to see more hostels copying the curtains in front of the beds.. My only complaint is that you have to press a button in the shower several times per minute to keep the water running.. La mejor cosa es la localización, muy cerca de La Rambla y del metro. Staff muy simpatico y tenemos descuento en la comida, así podemos cenar más barato en el hostel. Hay el tour en bicicleta que es perfecto para conocer la ciudad y ver los predios de Gaudí. Carolina, from Brazil ~ 8th Feb 2013
