I had an initally cold welcome from the owners at check-in but they had warmed up significantly by the second day of my stay. The room was comfortable and relatively large. I did have some trouble with the shower taking a while to drain, meaning that I was standing in a couple of inches of water as I was showering. But other than that I had a lovely stay - the air con was welcome on the hot nights and the location is superbly placed for both short walks and trolley rides to downtown. I was there with a group of friends we were just planing on spending the night there and for that purpose the motel is great. Cheaper than the hostels around the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Arturo, from Mexico ~ 16th Jun 2012
